Le Aqua Resort & Spa Phan Thiet - Swiss Village Resort & Spa, Mui Ne

I had a lovely stay at the Swiss Village resort, where the team went above and beyond to help me out, especially when I left behind some personal items. The morning buffet was fantastic, and I truly enjoyed the beautiful setting. However, there were language barriers that made communication a bit challenging. Overall, it was a decent experience but not without its hiccups.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially the two female managers. However, many challenges arose due to communication barriers, and the hotel seemed to have some maintenance issues. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, while the beach area was lovely, but service-wise, I faced quite a few hurdles that made my experience less enjoyable.
